How do you clean the units?

Every unit and every piece of inventory is disinfected before and after each rental. It has been our standing policy for years, well before it became a thing people asked about.

Quick answers

Questions before you book

What should I send to get a price?

Send your party date, ZIP code and the rental you want. If you are not sure which unit to choose, say that and Broz will help.

Is delivery, setup and pickup included?

Yes. Broz delivers the rental, sets it up, and returns to take it down.

Can we keep the rental overnight?

Often, at no extra charge, when the unit and a secured front or back yard qualify. Ask when you book and Broz will confirm.

What do you need for power, water and the setup surface?

Inflatables need a standard outlet nearby. Wet units also need a garden hose that reaches the setup area. Tell Broz whether the surface is grass, concrete, pavers, turf, gravel or dirt so the right setup equipment arrives.

What happens if the weather turns unsafe?

Safety comes first. If the forecast looks bad, contact Broz early to discuss the best option for your date.

Who supervises children while the rental is in use?

An adult needs to watch the rental whenever children are using it. Broz reviews the rules with you at setup.
